The contact with the industrial world and the speed with which technologies evolve, allow us to view training as an essential step in the satisfaction of our customers, employees, suppliers and other entities. In 2016, Bresimar Automação became a training entity, certified by the Direção-Geral do Emprego e das Relações de Trabalho (DGERT), in 522 (electricity and energy) and 523 (electronics and automation) areas, assuming the commitment to transmit knowledge and validation of their training activity.

Asatek, as a business area of Bresimar Automação, also assumed a fundamental purpose: to contribute to the national industry to become increasingly competitive, through the development of professionals, technicians and leaders in the automation area. We are driven by the sharing of knowledge through the application of technical knowledge, in the analysis and resolution of practical cases, which will promote technical autonomy and the acquisition of new skills for your professional growth..

The training is lectured by professionals in the field and to a limited number of trainees, in order to enhance interaction between participants and better learning. In addition to the training that is planned annually, Asatek also carries out tailor-made training, at its own facilities or at the customer’s premises.

It is based on this guideline that we carry out our training actions and builds our training project, managing all stages, and systematically evaluating the results obtained by trainees, trainers and the entity itself, in view of the outlined objectives and expectations of each actor.
